If required, we take over the operational responsibility of the company.
How do we work?
After a preliminary evaluation of the project scope, we perform a detailed analysis of the situation to determine the targets and the way forward. During this phase, it is usual to detect some new problems unknown by the management. Once there is achieved a joint understanding for the approach, a specific action plan is defined.
During this phase, the Interim manager is fully integrated into the day-to-day business operations and assumes the responsibility for the implementation of the action plan. We carry out the analysis, based on the company indicators and on site studies. Therefore, we design the project to improve the results, always taking into consideration the motivation of all employees.
We define the measurable objectives together with the people who form the organization. Due to this approach, we assure that all employees understand how the targets have been determined and that the way to achieve these results is realistic. We develop, together with your people a new decision making system to create a better understanding for management decisions. In this process, we motivate them to participate in the process of change.
In the final phase, where Interim manager exits from the assignment, there is a transfer of responsibilities to the executive management and the employees. During the transfer of the responsibilities, the interim manager trains the management team.
